I've navigated multiple industry changes and paradigm shifts, led global teams across cultures and time zones, and made pivots that may look unconventional, yet were 100% aligned for me.
I've also faced moments that shifted my perspective on everything; a newborn open heart surgery, and later a baby in NICU at the height of the Covid pandemic. Moments that make me who I am and where I draw strength from.
Each career and life transition I've made have honed my ability to translate experience across context, think strategically under pressure, and lead without having all the answers.
My coaching combines deep executive experience with evidence-based methods, giving senior leaders a trusted external thinking partner who has genuinely been where they are.
